Germany has been my home for many years. I live here, studied here and built my professional path here. At the same time, I have never lost my roots and my close connection to Albania and the Balkans.
For me, Albania is one of the most fascinating regions of Europe. A country with extraordinary nature, an impressive coastline and a potential that is increasingly being recognised internationally. Bringing together my personal bond with the country and my professional experience was therefore a decisive thought behind Sea View Albania.
After my studies I worked for many years in the mobile communications industry, before my professional path led me into the construction and finally the property industry. There I increasingly dealt with property, investments and larger transactions, and also accompanied large-volume off-market projects.
These experiences showed me what really matters in property and what owners, capital investors and professional investors expect: reliability, discretion, clear communication, access to the right opportunities and a contact who understands both sides.
It is exactly this experience and my connection to both worlds that I want to bring together today with Sea View Albania.

Albania is my home. I was born and raised here, I live and work here, and I have witnessed the country's economic and touristic development up close over many years. I follow the development of the coastal regions, tourism and the property market with particular passion.
Entrepreneurship has been part of my life since childhood. My family has been active in Albania for many years in gastronomy, hotels and the construction and property sector. That taught me early on how important trust, personal relationships, reliability and a good understanding of the local market are.
Today I work in property and business development myself. I deal with property transactions, project developments and investment opportunities, and I have a well-established network of owners, project developers, investors as well as experienced lawyers, notaries and other local partners.
I know Albania not only as my home, but also from an entrepreneurial and property-industry perspective. I know how the local market works, which regions are developing and which factors can be decisive for an investment.
With Sea View Albania I want to use this local experience, my network and my knowledge of the Albanian market to give our clients and investors reliable access to selected properties and investment opportunities in Albania.
